(a) from March 28, 2022 to March 27, 2027, a fixed rate per annum equal to four and one-fourth percent (4.25%),
(b) from March 28, 2027 to March 27, 2032 a fixed rate per annum equal to the Index Rate described below from time to time in effect on March 28, 2027 plus two and eight hundred forty-seven one thousandths percent (2.847%),
(c) from March 28, 2032 to March 27, 2037 a fixed rate per annum equal to the Index Rate on March 28, 2032 plus two and eight hundred fortyseven one thousandths percent (2.847%),
(d) from March 28, 2037 to March 27, 2042 a fixed rate per annum equal to the Index Rate on March 28, 2037 plus two and eight hundred forty-seven one thousandths percent (2.847%) and
(e) from March 28, 2042 to September 28, 2042 a fixed rate per annum equal to the Index Rate on March 28, 2042 plus two and eight hundred forty-seven one thousandths percent (2.847%).

The interest rate will be subject to a floor rate of four and one-fourth percent (4.25%).

The Index Rate for purposes of this loan shall mean the rate of interest identified as the "Secure Connect Rate" for 4-year to 5-year maturities in the "Long Term Fixed Rates" section as published on the internet web site of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas.

The loan offers a twenty year and six month (20.5 year) term, and 20-year amortization, with zero extension options.
